why hasn't "zubo" been getting any screen time here. it's a pretty fun game. there've been several people looking for more rythem games. it's got a pretty low difficulty curve but it's just fun to play.

"spectrobes beyond the portals" is quite interesting. i haven't gotten very far in it but it seems good so far.

"kage 2" was just such a let down. however this may just be cuz now-a-days i'm comparing everything to castlevania.

Meh...I actually still have both Zubo and Spectrobes 2 on my card, but I'm having trouble getting into either. I haven't quite felt that either isn't deserving of being my card, but at the same time, neither game is doing much for me at the moment. Zubo has some fun and quirky elements, but it's also (so far) a typical EA production (with regards to Nintendo systems): good ideas, rough execution. Spectrobes, on the other hand, just seems to be one of those games you have to invest some time into before you yield much enjoyment from it, and I just haven't been in the mood yet to devote much time to the game.

Kage 2, though, I enjoyed. It started to get pretty repetitive after a while, but the bosses were still mostly fun.

Spectrobes 2, even with some leftovers of the sluggish and shallow combat system of the prequel, is off to a good start in my book. In fact, looking at the game itself, it's beginning to prove that a Megaman Legends title for the DS isn't too far off.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
