Yes it is, but your options change depending on whether you can boot into DS mode or not. Do you have a slot-1 passthrough device to boot the M3 Lite into DS mode?
Then use SNEmulDS v0.6 Alpha, an SNES emulator for the DS. Not all games work, and those that do often have some graphical issues, but it works for many games.
