I try use scarlet end game save to load in violet... It load and can play just a few thing can such as it change Kodaikon to Miraimon

Just dont set the encounter pokemon level it should be level 1

PkHex for every main game has released day 1. Hopefully the same for Scarlet and Violet.

Most definitely has not. bdsp and PLA they specifically stated in their discord they would hold off on release for up to a month "to let people play the game" as they put it. Dont expect pkhex to be updated for at LEAST 2 weeks after official release of scarlet and violet.

edit I noticed you said main game, but still I doubt pkhex will release anywhere near day 1.
