Well. for starters. They did say they were talking to nintendo rep about the moving if items. Altho i find it odd they were willing to move items from a banned account whatsoever. They still had problems with it. So it never really resulted as they wanted from what ya can read.

yeah true but isnt that like unheard of? everywhere else i checked said purchases are final and can never be moved, i even called them to ask lol

Ya. it sounds rather fishy. Seeing as other consoles nintendo never cared about what ya had purchased when ya got banned. Odd that nintendo would out of nowhere change that.
