Homebrew Openshop app giving read error -104 then read error -126

Yeah sorry about the confusion. But it is the homebrew browser. Some places called it openshop and some places called it homebrew browser

About 10 percent of the time I can successfully connect to the internet. Have no idea why... The router is pretty close.

So something's up with your internet connection, that's not the Homebrew Browser's fault.. Make sure you have the internet settings correct on the Wii.
And update the Homebrew Browser if you are using an older version.

No it's not with my internet because I did manage to get it working once I remembered I saw someone saying to agree to the wiiconnect 24 terms as a solution to a different problem.

The real problem is that cause of the 10% time it connects, I can barely download stuff.

And yes I have checked my connection multiple times and tried different settings. Its always the same.
