I am using a 16gb sd card and needed to upgrade. I bought a 64gb one, what's the correct way to format one of that size and transferring my current files without messing something up, Any suggestions?

I only have NTFS or Exfat using GUI format

That's the windows built in formating GUIformat is a utility you need to download, what used to be called something like panasonic fomatter way back when. MS in their "wisdom" won't let you format things above a certain size to fat32, even though it will work just fine, so you need some other software to do it.

So it's formatted. So now what's the proper way to transfer all my files from previously usd sd card to this new one?

One more question...i was checking my internet connection settings and making sure they were correct..
Dns is set to do not obtain
I'm address auto obtain
Proxy do not use
Mtu value 1500
Are those correct? Thank you

yeah, but I usually use a static ip with my systems, so that ip never changes for ftp or interferes with another system. I had a static ip for my ps5 after I first got it, but I didn't use one with the 3ds. it (the 3ds) couldn't connect to my network, because it was using the same ip as the ps5. my router gave them the same one. I gave them both static after that. I'm glad I figured that out.

Well in the wiiu.hacks guide it says to change the primary and secondary but I don't have primary and seci daryoptions. I have ip address, gateway ip, and subnet ip, when I change it to do not auto-obtain ip address. By the way I am transferring all my files to new sd card now..thanks..

primary and secondary are your dns. I think you might have to change them in order to change the ip, but you no longer need to use them to block updates. if you're on tiramisu, you don't have to worry about that.

Yes I am using tiramisu...again thanks for your help. I hope when I put this sd card into my wiiu after transferring all these files everything works. So you don't have a modded wiiu just playstation?

no, I have a modded ps2, ps3, ps4, wiiu, 3ds, 360, vita, wii, and psp. I think that's all of them. my unmodded consoles are the switch, series x, and ps5.

Wow that's amazing. Sorry to bother you again but I'm not quite sure what to do. I just got home and finished transferring my files to new sd card. I put it my wiiu, everything booted fine until the wiiu menu was booting and I received this error. Is this normal and do I update it or is something incorrect?
