AFAIK EmuNAND is best way to go, so that SysNAND stay unmodified.
Am I correct ?

No, it hasn't been updated for a while. From what I can tell:

• You don't need to use tegra explorer to partition the sd card, just use hekate
• fusee-secondary.bin is obsolete, use fusee.bin or package3 to load cfw
• Do NOT follow the incognito guide, set up DNS mitm instead and use hosts to block nintendo servers

Note this one doesn't tell you to install sigpatches, you need to do it yourself

I had CFW, but I think that I used sysNAND, not emuNAND.

I never use sysnand so can't comment on that, but it seems like haku33 is still updated regularly so I guess you can follow that guide.

Haku33 is best for
1) you never connected to nintendo before cfw.
2) don't have a clean nand backup.

It just wipes your sysnand making it think it's brand new. But if you've connected to nintendo before using cfw, there's a chance you could get banned because of mismatched logs
