As I was testing out the touch screen, turns out, there’s a spot that won’t be registered when I draw over it. What can I do?

1. Remove screen protector (if any)
2. Carefully clean the touch panel, including the edges making sure nothing is stuck between frame and panel

3. Replace faulty touch panel (very cheap part, quite demanding repair if you aren't used to fiddling with 3DS inner parts
It is very easy to damage connectors on the motherboard refer to ifixit.com and watch some videos for your model before trying)Good luck and have fun!
