Is anybody experiencing crashes when extracting Ether deposits?

My game runs perfectly fine on EA Vulkan with the boy mod and 60fps. But whenever I extract ether deposit the game builds a few shaders and it freeze.
I put it a few pages ago, the same thing happens to me with some of ether deposits, greetings.

Using @Laast 's settings, I'm getting a full 60FPS in most parts of the game so far. Opening cutscene had some lagging audio, there are still missing particles, and I do get a few hiccups (as if shaders were loading) - but everything plays really well. I only had a chance to play about 45 minutes, but it looks good!

I'm glad you don't regret to give it a try ;)

But apparently a new graphic mod is in the works that makes the emulator scaling work which means we can get a crisper image at better performance.

Could you give me a link to this project? Just curious.

2K+Disable Scaling = All you need to make the game looks great
The rest is a personal preference.

60 fps needs good cpu and yuzu gpu on normal/extreme. 60 fps gpu high maybe with an oced i7/i9.

Try the Yuzu dirty build (first post) for good opengl performance.

Vulkan Workaround mod is shared on Yuzu discord:

Fixes the graphical bugs with the Vulkan GPU backend rendering that manifest as extreme bloom/brightness in certain areas of the game, as well as various issues with rendering cutscenes.

This is caused by theboys' 60fps mod and possibly other 60 fps mods. theboy is aware of it and it should be fixed by his WIP4 60fps mod.

Do you know or can you test if the improve LOD mod causes lower framerates?

It's still being worked on it has some issues still but essentially makes the emu scaler work. Can't release it publicly yet unfortunately. You can join theboy's discord if you want to find out more.

Hello, just want to ask, is the 4th chapter already fixed? i saw alot of post about issues on chapter 4, and im currently on chapter 3 only.

That's an AMD issue you can just switch to opengl to get trough, there are no issues on nvidia from what i saw.

Don't expect an emulator fix, AMD has to fix it.

What's changed in this release? Changelog would be more helpful than announcing every time there is a new release.

Nothing to find the list of pull requests on github is so barren these days announcing new builds here is pretty much pointless since it's mostly just maintenance releases anyway.

This emulator really needs a few new dev's especially in the GPU department.

I think any fixes for this game won't come from new versions anyway. It will be from modders. Hopefully someone finds a way to bring back the missing particles one day.

That's just not possible this absolutely needs to be fixed in the emulator itself a mod can't fix it and since there is no one working on gpu fixes anymore nothing will happen.

Anybody playing with high gpu accuracy has framedrops during combat? and im not talking about the 60fps mod, even with 30fps if I use high gpu accuracy the frames will drop to 25-27 while looking at certain directions during combat. That being said it only happens with Vulkan and changing to extreme or normal makes the game stable but there's a certain issue with the eyebrows during cutscenes and it seems to happen more often with extreme or normal

I've got a i9-12900H and a rtx 3070ti

I think this is not yuzu's problem, but AMD's stupid top management. Judge for yourself: users are experiencing a huge number of problems on the video cards of this company:
1. Delays and bugs in Oculus Dash and Virtual Desktop. The latest normal drivers are 22.5.1, everything still works on them somehow, but there is no way to set the encoding bitrate above 100 Mb/s.
2. These idiots decided to activate Noise Suppression technology only on 6xxx series video cards.
3. Now an unsolvable problem in yuzu, with the game Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

I wrote several letters to the company, but no result. I also see that nvidia cards have officially fallen in price. And they don't have similar problems.
