As @Luna4256 said this does seem to be a problem with the server, most other strings in the error wouldn't be possible to understand without full examination of server-side and code based processes which lets be honest none of us want to do. My suggestion is to try to use a different VC Injector such as Teconmoon just to see if it works for you.

thank you! ill do my best here to figure out Tecnomoon, do you know if it forwards the gamecube game onto the wiiu home screen?

I also got a reply yesterday on the github page and this was the response, Now I can understand what they are saying but, it still doesnt fix this issue. Ive tried multiple different ways to shorten the path. I have the iso files on the OS: path in my files.

Yes, it does.

The problem isn't with the file path - as you can see with the error you got in the OP, it states that the HTTP Request failed with a 404 error - meaning it's either a server-side error or the tool simply fails to fetch it due to outdated code. As V10lator said in another very similar thread, we recommend using Teconmoon as it's still actively supported and it's entire purpose is VC Injects as opposed to using a catch-all tool that hasn't been maintained for years.
