O3DS NFC reader - where to buy?

It isn't produced by Nintendo anymore and I do not want to pay highly gouged prices just for a NFC reader.

Any site where I can buy one (with SEALED packaging and brand new) for a reasonable price?

Yep exactly here in Scotland second hand readers sell from anywhere between £25 to about £80. For a unopened one your lookimg at over £100.

Bingo. For a block of plastic that just reads amiibo stuff I don't see why condition matters, personally. Get one for fifteen quid from CeX and you're sorted.
