Space is gone after failed Awoo install

Hello,

I installed around 20 games on my Switch, which some of them failed with error "usb transfer timed out or failed". So I re-installed the games and it worked.
But problem is, there is 80 GB missing in my SD card. Games I installed take around 40-50 GBs.
I deleted everything and I resetted my Switch to factory settings.
But it still says "Used Space: 88 GB" in my microSD card. I did full power cycle and deleted the cache but it didn't help.
I also deleted Nintendo folder in my microSD card but space is still gone.
Can anyone help me, how can I solve this problem?

DBI has a "clean up orphaned files" feature, try that.

Otherwise, try running a disk repair on the SD from your computer.

I don't agree because I'm having problem with DBI. I'm getting "No tickets found but they are required" error with some NSP files but Awoo installer can successfully install these exact same NSP files. I was using DBI with MTP but I stopped using it after I got this error with multiple NSP files.

Yes I know but as I said I can install exact same NSP file with Awoo, I don't know why.

I only know 1 source to download games so I always use that website. I guess sharing links is not allowed so I can't tell. If you know a good source I would like to know.

Edit: I wiped everything in my microSD card for fresh Atmosphere install, and now all NSP files work with DBI. I guess there was a problem with my Switch.
