How do i extract save files from a wii game?

Ok, so i wanted to extract a few save files from my games on dolphin (if you can't do it on dolphin but can on normal wii tell me anyways because i'm curious), but i just don't know how. How do you extract them? Also, some of these save files have links in them somewhere that i wanna open up. Are there ways to like, browse into the savefile and see what it contains? If you can help me, please do so!

With a Wii you can easily extract save files with SaveGame Manager GX.
Don't know about Dolphin...

On Dolphin, there could be a separate folder that stores your saves for each game, you have to look for it, just look around..
