i changed the save file but when i got to convert back to switch and load it back onto switch and load the game the save file is gone? any ideas how to get the save file to show up in game?

Change the first byte from 01 to 00. You can use HxD open the save file. If the save fileis imported from PC to NS, such an error will occur.

Saw this said it was tested with the trial version but when I try to put my trial save in it says the save is invalid. Am I supposed to do something with the save before hand?

edit: sorry, I think I should state I'm working with the steam version here.
