Concerning Switch Homebrew Cheats:

The cheat file that I want to use on a game has a different build ID.
I looked at the *snip* game page and it lists different patch versions of the game, but without the corresponding build ID number nex tto it?
How can I quickly make out which patch version has which build ID?

I didn't quite get what you meant...you simply need to make sure that your cheat corresponds to your game update ver. Like if you have a game updated to ver. 1.0.2, you have to look for the cheat for this exact update, in this case the build id will be the same for both your cheat and your game.

I did find that the cheat thread was a useful solution as you can search for the title ID and then find the version that corresponds with it.
