Fix to game loss to creator

THE SOLUTION FOR PRESERVATION IS TO 'NOT MAKE GAMES POLITICALLY LIGHT'.

The main thing is to prevent piracy. The companies / developers are the worst affected by people not spending on the product created. By reading this message, you can help eradicate game piracy forever, which is great. It will fix the problem forever.

A game creator must first choose a platform to develop on, and must build the game with tools from the platform creator for consoles. The game creator must put all content into something which can be released to the mass.
The game creator is putting the game into a marketplace where they are expected to make sales for the host cut. The game creator is seeking profit for the game.

When piracy is wide, neither the host or creator, or platform creator see money. The biggest hit is the game creator for taking the time to make the game, which is the hardest and intense. The game creator is creative and sees no money, The lawyers who see the creator ensure they are within the law and the game is allowed to be hosted.
When sales occur, the platform creator can acknowledge they accomplished their job.

The problem lies with the public. The problem lies with people pirating instead of spending money on games. The problem is people.
People need to spend on games. As far as the chain is concerned, they did their job.

People live in an ever changing world. People need incentive to spend on the chain. People must weigh the content and make means to spend. That is already the optimal way.

II]
To solve piracy, we need to look at the potential chain job. The platform creator is to create a platform as open for all game content possible. People weighing the content must consider the game being able to finish. The platform creator is responsible that all content can finish. That is the only job they need done. People can research a game platform requirement. All hardware is manufactured and programs load. That is the only job and the platform is done. Their job is to ensure the platform can allow open finished games and up to review before release.

The game creator makes the game. The game creator must see the game itself finished. This is the main thing the game creator has to do. The game creator must ideally ensure the entire game is finished.

The lawyers (including rating board) look at the chain and that it is allowed according to the law. The lawyers have a perspective of the law of the country. They confirm the game platform and game creator department.

Regarding the sale platform, it is for people to spend. The sale people have nothing but to recover the fee. Advertising is not their responsibility.

III]
This is the overall process. The stage that people look to the most is the second of the game quality. It is dependent on buying games. People should buy the games and not pretend they will. This is the biggest problem in preservation. If they support the chain, spend. People can claim shady corruption by the platform holder that the device can play pirated content. This is the main claim by people who argue. The truth is the main solution is by the quality by game creator and the platform holder gives their device. The platform holder employs anti piracy techniques that are specific to prevent content created by game creators. The platform holder simply provides their device and the chain is the whole process.
This is intended for people only. Treat what the game creator passes to the lawyers the complete content. This will help ensure good games. This will prevent the shady claim. To solve preservation, it is at the sale platform and after people spend on a game. When people spend, the money should remain and without return. By upholding the sale it helps almost fully bypass shady corruption reasoning. It reduces the crowd. The lawyer must follow the local law. When returns are high lawyers will investigate. They will check the people buying and what happens. The platform creator is investigated. They will validate corruption and go with their best option. Typically corruption shouldn't happen by nature. They will generally confirm that it is highly uncertain. The platform creator will naturally not be accused by law.
The lawyers pass the platform creator and look at the true reason. They will want to see that the people making the games are making good games, and ideally even prerelease versions that they are in a good form. The lawyers will usually find that the problem is the games. The truth is good games need developer devotion.

People are entitled to preserve and use backup copies of games. People can ideally make their own backups, but usually requires secondary tools. In order to allow pirate or backup copies one must normally research the current tool. Platform creators security is usually able to have a means with time to create a tool. Anything which needs another device to work can't be hacked, such as a company security database. Playing offline and with other handicaps is necessary and comes with using your device with others. One must acknowledge playing backups has its place. Backups should be played offline or without modification (grey). With common sense backups are OK, as is getting them from a copy not made by your own hands. What is not acceptable is getting backups from a single location, and worst directly from the chain.
Preservation should be allowed, but will be grey without proper awareness. Companies are prepared with modern security and don't want excess pressure.
If piracy is out of hand, the lawyers will need to step in and not allow sale unless the game is constructed politically light. This will damage the chain. It is all up to the game creator making good content and without return.
People must be aware that a game must be 'near / complete' when being sent, excluding games designed to adapt which is grey. People must not pretend to buy, and sales platforms should avoid returning games. This will help keep the quality and avoid any problem. This is more or less how the world should be from now. There will be peace and money and sustained creative work.

Is this some kind of an essay for a school project? Anyway, good topic, though i think you need to work a little on your writing, improve your English, essay writing structure, sentence structure, thesis etc.
I know English might not be your native language, and some sentences don't make much sense, if you're using Google Translate to help with the translation i suggest you re-think that. Also the thesis statement and overall message of this is a bit confused and over-complicated, try to re-structure each of the 3 main reasons or points with each explaining why you think (in first person) piracy is bad, with counter argument to prove you're objective and not one sided, as to why game developers should release a complete game.. Etc
Of course do not forget about the the thesis in the introduction, make it clear and simple. And the conclusion should summarize what you've said in the intro/body (with the 3 main points) without adding any new information or point.
Constructive criticism of course, i'm not trying to belittle you or your writing. and good luck!

It has been sent to multiple parties. I know the scene and challenge to the government bodies.
It is to help end the issue of preservation. I am vague with language and people can rewrite how they want.

This is to aid in a market that can go horrible without this. People should share and this will be behind us. Piracy won't be the same.

I wouldn't be tempted to pirate games, particularly old ones, if I could still bloody buy them. Make shit available, and a lot of people will spend money on your shit! Make shit not available, and people will look elsewhere to get your shit!

Same goes for the Switch; there's absolutely no point to preventing banned Switches from accessing the eShop, because even 'hackers' find the eShop more convenient than setting up Tinfoil, finding a rom site, downloading a rom, then transferring the rom to their Switch; even 'hackers' will spend money on high-quality and enjoyable games, with the eShop being the most convenient way to do so.
I put homebrew on my 3DS, and I can (for the time being...ugh) still buy games just fine, which is very convenient; I have no desire to pirate 3DS games. I would feel the same for the Switch, but ban = no eShop, so I can't

thas such a myth that piracy damages the industry .....bad games (low efforts trend cash grabs) greedy investors(who cant wait for their return) and guys with suit and ties (those who brought us lootboxes, season passes and games as a service) damages the industry

another myth is that "somebody who pirated a game would have bought it legit if there were no pirates"
in reality its more of a " someone who pirated a game will buy the game legit sooner or later" deal

another myth is that " when someone is pirating a game he hurts the creators"
in an interview with the german gamestudio " piranhabytes" the head of the studio clarified how the industry works
the creators always gets their cut (most times even before release + creators get only a short amount of time a cut from the sales ) the only one who realy got hurt in the end is the publisher

and to be honest a war on piracy will end like the war on drugs piracy will never go away

i miss those old times where a handfull of people can create a masterpiece out of love and passion not for the greed and the porpuse to reach their quartal goal

Although there have been many types of games released by game manufacturers, I still like the strategy games of years ago, it is my childhood memories.

The problem is with how well the quality of life the public is kept in. Time for enjoyment should be a much larger portion of a person's life and funded. As it is now people can't afford that in both money and time. That's the problem. The world keeps raising prices on everything and not paying the public what it needs to afford those things.

Energy is also a thing that needs to be solved. It's what causes other price increases.
