Be more specific with the actual question. Do you mean loading Mocha via Homebrew, the 01_Mocha.rpx in the modules? Do you want to know what / if it affects anything?

You literally NEED to load Mocha as it's your Custom Firmware, without it you cant really do anything. So if you dont wanna use Mocha enjoy not having a Theme.

Although if you actually installed Tiramisu CORRECTLY, which atp I assume you didnt.. it should load sig patches on boot.

If the concern is installing themes, all you have to is have booted your Wii U via Tiramisu or CBHC, you don't have to do any other cfw on top of either coldboot method. Technically you can install a theme while just being in Haxchi or I believe just Mocha, but doing either without having a coldboot cfw can very easily lead to permanent bricks. If you have a coldboot cfw, such bricks can easily be recovered from.
