Why do wireless PS2 controllers stop working after some days?

For how long do you use them? Do you use DualShock 3/4 on the PS2?
I have used both ps3 and ps4 controllers using them. ps3 controller is the dual shock 3 with six axis built in and with ps4 i used both the launch model dual shock 4 and the updated version 2 that came with ps4 slim models. The main ps3 controller i have not tried with it is the six axis only controller, the ps3 controller that was made before dual shock 3.

These days i mostly stick to using a ps4 controller. Had 2 of them for almost 2 years now and the 3rd converter for about 6 months.

What about DualSense?

I had a DreamGear Lava Glow wireless PS2 controller that served me well for as long as I had it, but I'm inclined to agree that an adapter with a newer first party controller is a much better solution.

Do you mean an adapter with a DualShock 3/4 or DualSense?
