How do we i stall large isos on MC2SIO

I am interested in this concept. But my big concern is how do we install large isos on this new way of playing? Ideally I would like to do this without having to break down isos with something like USB utility. It would be wonderful if we could use winhiip to do this. But I do not know if win hip will allow for Playstation one titles.
