E i need help because My 3DS is ¨Used¨ and it dont have ar games and i dunno how i can get the app , pls help me.
Does this mean

- It show no Games ?
- You have no Games ?
- Which app please ?

it says the console is updated
Does this mean

- Your CONSOLE is updated ?
- Your HACK / MOD is updated ?

my console is hacked
Does this mean

- Your Device has LUMA on it ?
- Is it broken ?

pls help me.

Which HELP exactly do you need know please ?

That seems likely to cause a lot more problems than it would fix.

If AR Games was actually removed, then the 3DS would be demanding a system update.

It seems much more likely to me that it's just been stuffed into a folder on the Home menu somewhere. A System Format would probably make it appear. (If it's a used 3DS and it hasn't been System Formatted, then that's probably a good idea anyway.)

I should add that if you don't have the AR cards with the system, then AR Games isn't really going to work. But apparently you can just print them.

The issue is that I don't have ar games on my 3DS.
(also I don't have the letters because it is used)

Yes, you've said that already. Are you absolutely sure you've checked the entire Home menu, and each of the folders that might be on the Home menu? Even with CFW, it is simply not possible to completely remove it – not without triggering System Update messages.

And as I've already said, the easiest and safest way to bring it back would be to just do a System Format. A System Format does not remove CFW, if you're worried about that.
