Are you using the mode "Convert to ISO" and not "Recover to ISO"?
Try disabling the "Full Verify" check.

Hello,

Yes, I'm using ConvertToISO.exe.

Im running it via Mono on my Terminal app on my Mac. How do I disable Full Verify in my terminal?
It's NOT ConvertToISO.exe, my friend :P

You must run the NKitProcessingApp.exe, then change the mode to "Convert to ISO", then uncheck the "Full Verify" option.
Then import your .nkit.iso file, click in "Process" and let it do its work.

.Exe files dont run in Mac as they are Windows apps

What can I do about this?

I got onto a Windows PC. I dragged and dropped the nkit.iso and unchecked full verify.

I got this error:

Ah ok.

I googled it and the website has 9 versions from 3.5 SP1 to 4.8. do I have to install all of them or can't I just install the latest one 4.8?
you have to install all of these, all of these have the required versions you need ;)

I installed all the .NET files successfully. But sadly, I got the exact same error when trying to convert to ISO.

Any other reasons this may be? If it's relevant my PC doesn't have internet access (long story). I downloaded the .NET files using my Mac and transferred over using a USB stick.

after installing all .NET files, you need to reboot your computer... have you did it?

Wii hardware and software like Wii Backup Manager do not support Wii games in nkit file format. You must first convert them to ISO. Get Nkit from here: https://gbatemp.net/download/nkit.36157/ Extract it to a convenient place on your PC. Open NKitProcessingApp.exe then drag the nkit file(s) or folder into the window. Select Convert to ISO. Click Process. When it's done you'll find the game in: ..\NKit_v1.4\Processed\Wii_MatchFail\ The easiest way to convert the .iso to .wbfs on Windows is with Wii Backup Manager. Here's a download link and guide to using it: https://wii.guide/wiibackupmanager
