Hardware Nintendo switch doesn't boot up

Good afternoon,
I'm new in the nintendo switch reparation, so I decided to ask some advices in your forum.
I buyed a nintendo switch that doesn't charge and when I try to turn it on show only the battery sign for a couple of second.
I have carefully removed the motherboard and see that some components are missing or not in good conditions. Since I haven't any previous experiences in this kind of motherboard can some good souls help me to fix it?
