Disgaea 2 DLC won't work on Adrenaline.

I have npdrm_free installed. Am I doing something wrong?

"DL cannot be utilized.
DL content will stop playing.

To play the DL content,
DL content must be installed
onto Memory Stick
at the time of the game's booting."

That's the message I get running Disgaea 2 on Adrenaline.
I've even tried moving the data to PSP/GAME.

What works for me:

1) Install ARK-4 (follow the Adrenaline installation guide, not the standalone one).
2) Once you have everything installed, run Ark Live, if you haven't done it yet.
3) Run Disgaea 2 game.
4) As soon as the game boots, enter the "Settings/Adrenaline Menu", go to the "Savestate" tab, select a slot, and save.

Done. DLC will work. Load the savestate every time you start the game to avoid having to run ARK Live first.

5) Create a bubble for the game using Adrenaline Bubble Manager (and Adrenaline Bubble Booter 1.3).
6) Run the game bubble.

It's still working perfectly on my end, v4.20.60 rev5 here.

Check if your dlc files are not corrupted, you have enabled npdrm plugin and you have the correct plugin path/folders/txt set up and correctly installed in order for ARK to recognize the plugins (follow the plugin set up guide in ARK's official github).

Otherwise, I have no idea what's going wrong on your end.

Ainda está funcionando perfeitamente do meu lado, v4.20.60 rev5 aqui.

Verifique se seus arquivos dlc não estão corrompidos, se você ativou o plug-in npdrm e se tem o caminho/pastas/txt correto do plug-in configurado e instalado corretamente para que o ARK reconheça os plug-ins (siga o guia de configuração do plug-in no github oficial do ARK) .

Caso contrário, não tenho ideia do que está acontecendo de errado do seu lado.

No, but standalone Ark 4 works with PSP DLC on Vita so I just use that.

Hey, I'm sorry that I've revived a dead thread but I tried your method and it doesn't work. The DLC path is in PSP/GAME, the serial number is the same, etc. Is there something that I did wrong?

Isage and I have been working hard to bring improvements to Adrenaline and we've been open about the changes, which made some people interested to try the upcoming version.

So far, we helped people to build by themselves, but that is not possible for the less tech-savvy people. We also provided builds for voluntary testers to test specific feature or fix when needed.

Some people requested us to make a release, but we don't feel like it is ready yet. So we did the second best thing, Adrenaline now releases a nightly build every push to the main branch of the repository!

Of course it won't; adrenaline is not a substitute for electricity for gaming devices.

Ark 4 got a last release so use that. Ark 4 can run PSP DLC. Just install it on the right folder with the right filename and make sure it is the correct DLC. USA DLC only works with the USA GAME for example. If you are using the wrong region DLC it won't work.
