DBI - reset requred version not working?

Hi,
my setup: ipatched Erista running Atmosphere 1.2.6 on 13.2.1 emunand with SX core fitted, and yes, the latest sigpatches available

Having some issues installing Oddworld: Strangers Wrath HD,
I have resorted to forgetting the 1.0.1 and 1.0.3 updates and just get the base game installed with DBI (336) over MTP to SD card,
On launch it gives the " a new update is available..." nag - but I can start software and play, and I have tried the 'Reset required version' which indicates it is reset to "0" but nag still appears

Is there something else I should be doing to remedy this?

If I attempt to install the 1.0.3 update NSP it just stated the software cannot start because an error has occurred
just wanna get the base game launching without the nag screen.

Thrn that's something cfw wise that's outdated

thx for the nudge Shadow#1 - I'm booting Hekate 5.7.0 to launch Atmos 13.2.1 on Emunand with iTotaljustice latest sig patches.
not sure what else I can do on that front?

I'm not stupid........but genuinely baffled

This is why I have been using tinwoo - No issues ever.

Thanks duckbill0007 - grabbed 358 and now partially sorted

uninstalled game and saves , then re-installed base game using DBI (latest), then 'reset required version'
rebooted and game loads up without nag screen

Did the same with the 1.0.3 update NSP and it just blackscreen errored to 'software has closedt because an error has occurred'
NSP checks out fine in NSCB, maybe have to re-source the update NSP elsewhere
