Hacking Question about overclocking beyond the max threshold

Just wanna ask if overclocking beyond the max threshold will get you ban?
I've been using the official sysclk online without getting ban. So I can say that its safe for me for now.
I just wanna overclock the memory to 1996.8Mhz using KazushiMe's switch OC Suite method.
is it safe to use this online?
