Losing user profiles after reboot.

Ok I have a jailbroken ps4 on 9.00 Works great the only issue I have is when I restart it acts like it’s the ps4s first boot up I lose my dns settings it only keeps my profile meaning my wife’s profile gets deleted. I guess I could do a backup it’s just not great on an unexpected restart is there anyway to stop this?

Sounds like a battery or possibly HDD issue… is there any error code?

EDIT: try reinstalling the SYS firmware, not the REC firmware, and see if that fixes the issue first.

Brand new hdd solid state if I make a profile and restart without jailbreaking everything is fine. I think it has something to do with the exploit or it triggering some kind of default if it crashes.

Can confirm it only happens if it crashes just powered it off completely unplugged cord when I restarted all profiles where still there.

Ssd are known to cause various issues with the ps4. That's the only thing I can think of. I think the sce core file is what creates users.

Not sure what the issue actually was but what I ended up doing was making the profiles without jailbreaking completely powering off the console then restarting since then it even crashed on me once but everything is there on rebooting it’s the strangest bug.

My addcont.db is blank besides theme when I get a kp or have to flip the toggle switch. I just reinject the file. Is the user id always the same?
