Ok, so I have extracted all the voice files and converted them to wav. It seems the format is "AHX" which is a "sister" format to "ADX", so it wasn't too hard to convert them.
Direct link to the voice files can be found
here, due to the way google drive works, you can listen to the audio directly from your browser.
The current issue is organizing the voices and figuring out which file belongs to which character...
I used xVATrainer to auto-transcribe the dialogue in a majority of the files to a spreadsheet, this also has the benefit of machine translating the dialogue to english from Japanese, making it easier to get an idea of what is being said.
A link to the above spreadsheet can be found
here, for those interested in helping out. As I do not recognize many of the japanese voice actors for series such as Seed.
This research opens up the possibility to replacing character voice lines with custom lines (or in my case, dubbed lines).
In conjunction with image/text replacement, this could allow someone to add in completely unique characters to the game by replacing existing characters (such as replacing the Bonus character "Blood" with "Mikazuchi" from IBO or "Florence Kirishima" with "Peche Montagne" from UC Engage)
