I changed the trainer ID to "000xxx" in pkhex.
However, "xxx" is displayed on the status screen of Pokemon in the game.
The trainer card correctly displays "000xxx".

Is there any good solution?

I'm not entirely sure if I'm understanding what you're asking for. With the chain code you can get at least a chain of 1, turn on that code you have to set it to 99, then just turn off the cheat code so it forcing it to be 99 and will just act like a normal chain count, as in when you catch the next pokemon the chain will go up, or it could break, like normal.

However, if this helps, this code below only sets it to 99 when you press L. Word of warning you have to have a chain of at least 1 first. If you want the chain to end just encounter a pokemon and run away.

A lot of these already exist/is made redundant by other codes. For example, "~Buying items adds money instead of removing money.", you can just max your money whenever you need money, same with "~Jump over edges from both directions.", that's just walk through walls, and again, "~No wild encounters.", you can just activate max repel and use my cheat that sets the amount of steps to be 1000 and just press the activation button whenever you've been walking for a bit (or just chaange the amount to be 2000 or 5000, whatever suits you).
For things like, "~Running shoes from the start." and "~Bike from the start.", they're trivial to do in pkhex. Also with pkhex, you can just give yourself the starters, pokerus and mix iv/evs while you're there.

Instant text speed has already been tested and is broken, it screws with the games scripting causing freezes. If you want stuff to be faster, there's a mod on gamebanana that increases the entire game speed or one that increases battle speed only.
Unlock all fly codes exists and is (at the time of writing) updated, so is Infinite PP.
The main page has listed all of the codes that exist here and what version they're updated to.

Yes pkhex does work, it got updated a couple weeks ago.
I don't think they are pointless, what I was trying to illustrate is that if you want to play this way the available codes already allow you to do this. If you want to go up the ledges for example you can just walk up them, but choose not to walk out of bounds. It's just a matter of restricting how you personally use them.

As to your second post, I think most people just like Dialga more or played Diamond as a kid. I am working on pearl codes atm

If so it's a little buggy in that encounter, you have to be specific with the timing of activating the code.

Thanks for replying, I am using an emulator (Ryujinx in which codes are working great) but when this code is enabled, the count is stuck at 99 after encountering the first pokemon (I wish there was a code that could just carry the count on after 99 instead of it being stuck at that value) which makes the next pokemon I wanna chain impossible and it goes to a white screen instead. That's why I am asking for a reverse code kinda, just to revert the chain code to its normal state when I press L or R.

the hold L for shiny code just freezes my game, not a crash, just frozen, music plays still, animations play, but any button presses do nothing, Kinda why I kinda want a shiny code that applies to my current first position poke'mon in my party, that way I never have to worry about encountering them, I can just toggle it shiny after the fact. that current shiny code is good for encounters, but not good for starters, being you don't encounter them the same as you would if it was wild. You just have it... you never actually encounter it...

You have to press L (or whatever activation key you're using for the shiny code) almost immediately after you press yes on the starter you want to select.

Are the button activated codes working for you on ryujinx?

The way the code works is it sets the value to 99, however, with emulators having the codes permanently activated from launch, it means it's always setting it to 99, so for emulators you can't, since you have to restart to make changes to what cheats are active (as far as I'm aware, granted I've not used the emus, just been reading other peoples posts).
