i tried other later gens, but they just crash the game. so it seems you can't transfer in newer gen pokemon yet.

if you want to spawn your own, just find the national dex number and convert to hex and replace the number in the 3rd octet.

when posting code, add credit to the creator @Falo. creators invest a lot of time and the the least we can do is give them credit.

guess i misinterpreted the reason for that step then. for me im only using the no exp share cheat which i do want to be on always. forgot that that's not everyone lol

if you only use a single cheat for each game, the result is the same (always on) but if ever you add more cheats they are all on by default, which can cause chaos if you have on/off cheats or conflicting code. . it's your call.

best advise is to provide most flexibility:

• dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0
  • by default when starting the game, all cheats, except master code in {}, are disabled
• dmnt_always_save_cheat_toggles = u8!0x1
  • cheats that you manually enable will automatically enable every time the game starts. these options are saved in the toggles.txt file for the edizon overlay, similar for breeze overlay

don't worry i understand why you are saying this, but i did not discredit or take any credit for my own.
im not taking credit for the code. i did not include the most essential part. this is also why i simply said to use with the original encounter code from main post since it already has the main credit included.

I caught dialga with a pokeball and a beast ball with this cheat.. try turning the cheat off and back on and press ZL to select the pokeball , toke me a few tries but it works.

use the regular shiny code and hold the button before entering the area where you can catch pokemon. they will all be shiny when you encounter them.
