here's how for reference it can be helpful in case your pc adds .txt or something to a future file
Windows 10:

1. Open File Explorer; or click Start, click Windows System, and then File Explorer.
2. Click the View tab in File Explorer
3. Click the box next to File name extensions to see file extensions
4. Click the box next to Hidden items to see hidden files

I don't know how to use cheats to be completely honest, I don't care personally, so I frankly don't know. I just know that's where you put mods. (MODS not CHEATS just to be clear) I don't know what you do with cheats at all besides how to make them from my gameshark/codebreaker days

the build number in the quote is the 1.0 build number, so I am fairly sure those are 1.0 codes. Also it says v1.0.0. Seems like its probably 1.0.

All seem to work! Except invincible, that one froze the game in battle
Item won’t decrease actually gave me 1+ back.
One hit kill does the normal damage points but after that the Pokémon faints
