Hacking Question about the "Mariko" switches

Now, I recently got a switch (mariko), and I know it's not hackable without a modchip.
Question is though, Why?
I don't mind not having homebrew, hell, I even knew I wouldn't have it before buying the switch, but I'm just geniuly curious as to why it's near impossible to hack mariko right now.
If someone could expain, please do in a simple way, as I'm new to switch hacking right now.

They fixed the RCM bug that is a guaranteed entry point on previous unpatched models regardless of firmware version. Other entry points in older firmware versions are also fixed, and Mariko models are new enough that they never came with firmware old enough to have the vulnerabilities to gain full system access.

Because if you keep finding bugs and hacking their consoles, eventually there will be no bugs left.
