Does the search within thread option have a keyword search?

I only see a search what a specific member posted. It's kind of hard to navigate threads using this. Sorry for retarded question.

You type the keywords you want to search for in the top box that says "Search...":

I do agree it's surprisingly easy to miss with it not being part of the main box.
