I think 90dns fully blocks nintendos servers, so you won't be able to play online with it active.
But also don't go online in emunand unless you have no nsps installed, otherwise use your sysnand for games you own and want to go online with.

With a pirated nsp/xci version of a switch game you are never able to go online without getting banned, independent of the state of the nand.

But if you own a game cardrige or the eshop version, you are able to go online with it on a clean nand in either ofw or atmosphere cfw, without any problem. It's not important if it's an emunand or sysnand in that situation.
Clean nand in this case is a nand, where you never installed any homebrew nsp, better no nsps or xcis at all, and never did things like romfs piracy or dev menu things, to not have any suspicious logs.
There are other ways suspicious logs could have been created, like crashes in older cfw versions, and some homebrew, but thats only important for long time cfw users, not newer once using atmosphere.

well i think i need to restore sysnand ofw for new fresh and using for playing original game only, and bootable with hekate right?

If you never installed an nsp or xci on the sysnand, it might be enough to boot with atmosphere (or hekates stock mode, if you want to be safe) to the sysnand to play the original game. You can do that either with a hekate config entry or by disabling the emunand in hekates menu.
Otherwise, if you already installed an xci/nsp to the sysnand, you will need to restore the sysnand, yes.

Simply put: you can only play online with legit unmodified games. Otherwise you almost guarantee a ban, rather sooner than later.

If you have a sysnand backup from before you even installed cfw, you can restore it and buy the game (and depending on the game, the Nintendo online subscription) to play online.

Then create an emunand with incognito or 90dns to play your nsp/xci installed games and other cfw related stuff.

If you want to play online with Atmosphere, there's a way to play LAN multiplayer online. I think it's the only way to play it.
