Hacking Ez Flash Omega Error 13%

My ez flash omega cannot load ezkemel and always stays at 5% and in boot mode it stays at 13% and always when starting the ez flash it stays on a white screen (i speak spanish)

Tried to do that already, but it still stays at 13%, could batteries be the problem?

Can you try the recovery operation again?
I'd updated the recovery image and the microsd inject bin file.
