Hacking Help, Disgaea 4 not loading with recent Updates

I been trying to find what may be causing the problem
ACNH also didn't run until I entered into Maintainance Mode, though Disgaea 4 Complete still seems to not want to load at all
the Switch logo comes up, black screen for a couple seconds and then the Switchs tells me the following

"The software was closed because an error ocurred"

No error code or nothing, it seems to load and then that
anyone knows how to fix this?

I got the patches from the pinned post on the Switch

Its just Disgaea 4 that doesn't want to load or something
maybe Updating to the lastest supported FW could fix this issue?

Same here its really the only game I'm getting with a black screen despite the fact all the other Disgaea games including 6 work just fine downgraded patched on sxos 11.0. I do remember D4 working before on an older firmware. But even the base game gives me a black screen now.

Currently on FW 12.1.0

With the most recent Sigpatches and DeepSea Package

D4 Firmware Requirement is 8.1.0 using 7.0.0 to 8.0.1 keys. I did read in Reddit that the game was having issues even for ofw users and the devs stated they would need to fix the game via patch. So maybe something got changed on how the game works now since every dump out there does not launch with/out the update

I just donwload the package
though I am not much a user of sysmodules ( are you referring to the ones who can open in game to add cheats and the like )

the one I know I always keep on my packages is the modules to use controllers other than the Switch Joy-Cons

from what I heard, it seems this problem is not only affecting us Homebrew users but its also affecting users without homebrew as well
any post of NISA announcing the patch for D4?

Omg im so dumb.... I forgot there are a few games that only work being offline Tales of Vesperia was the same deal. D4 is working now, but im using only base game not sure about the update but will test that. Airplane mode didnt work for me being offline did
