me too on fortnite, I rebooted and brought the switch closer to the wifi and it's good.

This is crazy. I can't get mine to download the Game Garage demo. It's strange - I thought gaming forums and Twitter would have blown up about it. Maybe it's fairly rare and I'm just (un)lucky. I never had the red or yellow lights of death back in the day.

I've done everything except a full factory reset.

Is it an IP/DNS thing?

I experience similar issue, except in my case, this error appears sporadically. Thought it's a problem with my Wi-Fi but it appears update is to blame.

I did, and it let me download Cave Story + again, but when I tried to get Ittle Dew 2+ it did the same thing as before. I did clear the cache again and was able to download Ittle Dew 2+... until I checked the News section, then the download wouldn't continue.

I also had Auto Update off when getting Cave, and back on after it finished. I turned it off for my latest attempt to get Ittle and it worked... until I put the console to sleep. The brute force method finally got it going again... for now at least.

But whatever happens now, I'm not going through that cache clearing a third time.

For me I just waited a while, not sure if there was a patch but it works fine now.

It's a bug in the FW... at least I'm not going crazy so other people are having this issue

Chances are if it is still a common issue there will be a FW update pushed to fix the bug
