SX Core's are really hard to find, so if you want to hack your switch you have 2 options. First one is selling your v2 and buying a used unpatched Switch. If you don't want to buy an unpatched then your only option is waiting for SX Core clones to appear.

The only way to hack those are with SX Core which are pretty expensive.
