Hardware cheapest way to emulate amiibos

With how long this stuff has been out, how has there not been an app that will mimic the amiibo itself without having to purchase ntag stickers and other junk? Phones can mimic NFC outputs and they can read what needs to be written by the NFC input as well.

There has been, in the 3 years since this thread started.

Cheapest way to emulate amiibo:
1) install emuiibo
2) pay me £50
3) ...
4) profit!
