5000 is a hexadecimal number.

So I see this code everywhere, or the -5000 of it. But for some reason it doesn't work. Every other JP code with the -5000 rule works, but not this one. Has anyone got this to work?

also I only have 2 out of the 4 dlcs installed(I think)

Yeah, I have 1.01 installed. All DLCs installed however, I wonder if that will affect things anyway.

yes,sometimes it does...example:LOH;TOCS3 the codes on this thread would not work for me unless i removed the dlcs i had installed.the codes were probably made with no dlc installed.

i have the game+the 1.01 update
i will check which dlcs i have shortly
edit:I have the merciful difficulty DLC+Mercy and expectation map pack installed
i DO NOT have the other 2 dlcs...so try that setup

also,you should not have to reinstall the game;just use dbi or goldleaf(preferably dbi)to remove the 2 uneeded dlcs
are you on atmosphere or sx?
that might just be the problem too.
i am using atmosphere

I use atmosphere. And I forgot about that feature haha. Also, I played the game with Maniax mode, so I need to restart again. I will report back after I reach the point where I can test them.

What difficulty did you set the game to?i used Normal (I think)or easy...

About Nocturne, I tried using falconcrest's codes with all DLC on NA normal (I don't think difficulty should make a difference because you can now change it whenever) and every item code worked for me without issue (so far).
