This tool is built on simple bat command that calls the PowerShell to convert existing nca files to work for Daybreak.
Modified daybreak.ps1 file is already embedded within the .exe of the program. The source came from antiKk script of converting NCA files.
I will not update this program unless parts of it are no longer working because this will soon be obsolete when converted nca files would be readily available online.

Requirements: Use google search because I will not provide any links for the following.
hactool.exe
prod.keys
switch firmware files

Instructions:
1. Just place the hactool.exe and prod, keys together with the daybreak NCA converter.exe
2. Make a new folder and place all nca firmware files inside. Rename the new folder as firmware
3. Run the Daybreak nca converter.exe

Note: It is important to use the latest prod.keys to decrypt the latest firmware. Disregard the failed to match keys because this is an error caused by certain keys that cannot be decrypted from the prod.keys.

I dumped a firmware with a homebrew tool as well as grabbing mine from the pending update folder but I keep getting failed to match key on every single one. My prod.keys is from 11.0.1 and i'm trying to convert 12.0.0. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong?

The failed to match key messages are normal and not a problem, your keys file contains extra keys that hactool doesn't know, but it doesn't matter. Are there any other error messages in there? Did the files actually get renamed?

it renamed 83 of them but when trying them back with daybreak it says validation failed 0x00000202, missing content program id : 0100000000000003d,version 12.0.0, content id:d8617ad0dcf4f0a5072b24a16d1ed5cb
