glad it worked ;)
if in the future ,it's a faulty msd card reader, just change it , but go very easy at the lego conector where he goes , attach/detach it slowly and with caution.

as for my soldering , it's an amateur work like you saw, i do not have tool for tiny solder, but at the and it working ;)

This. If the connector on the SD reader side gets damaged, no big deal as the whole module can be replaced. If the connector on the mainboard side gets damaged, you are basically SOL as it's very difficult to replace.
I have seen many people on here who damaged the connector, sometimes just from normal use (maybe the Switch was dropped, maybe they ejected the microSD incorrectly or used force when inserting it, maybe they have siblings or kids who are rough with things, who knows)
I opened my cousin's Switch to clean corrosion off one of the JoyCon rails and it seems like the SD reader connector won't get damaged as long as you're careful. Those pins are very small, and aligning the connectors is a bit tricky, but just don't apply any force until you are sure it's aligned.

absolutly right.
i got two switch's with this same problem (pins detach) , the 1st was my fault , as i inserted with little force the sd reader one's , and that's it.
the second was essentially kids dropping.

but also, it could be just retiring/inserting the mSD card as seen in some threads here, wich is a problem that nintendo should take in consideration in the futur, i hope ;)

i ordered a screwdriver to open my switch and see what the problem is, i have barely dropped it or anything so idk how it broke hopefully i can just replace the connector thing

have you tested your sd card with hekate , and see if it initialise normaly ?

this problem can heppen when sd card is inserted multiple times ,and even if you don't see the pin's detached , they are mostly desoldered in the bottom (where the soldering point on the conector and mother board).

so firsr try your sd card with hekate, if it fail to inicialise ;
push with your fingers where the sd card is , detach the stand clip first and push there , then retry (when pushing ) with hekate.
if it works normaly , then you know a pin/s is/are about to detach in future.

if you are familiar with tiny soldering , you can just add some tin with flux on the conector point.
(require some pro experience).

if not you have to change the conector , or solder wire's on the test point's (left the conector) to the sd card reader.
the first proposition is the best , but require hot air gun, so an experienced job.

i tried formating sd card on normal fw and said it dosent have sd card inserted, what would hekate do though since i cant load hekate without sd card anyway

i have no way to solder anything so im just gonna see what the actual problem is, it could just be the connector needs replacing and i can do that easily, i tried pushing it but dont really understand it so its not really fixing anything

ok but how is using hekate any different from just putting the sd card in and seeing if it recognizes it
much simple for testing ;
in hekate if i test pushing the back where the sd card is , and if it works , you get where the problem is.
in ofw , i think when the sd card is not reconized , you need reboot.

-in hekate it can be reconized but in 1bit mode, that why the pushing thing is for testing that the pin's are about to desolder , it can be tricky to test since pushing the back work 50/50

-dosen't matter you'll see it when opened ;)

ok so i managed to open the thing and the problem was the connector was just loose and once i clicked it back in its now working fine, the actual connecting thing on the motherboard dosent look damaged at all so i dont see it as a problem but i will wait a few days and see what happens

To add onto the advice of not opening the SD card, FTP and more importantly MTP are great alternatives for moving files without touching the SD card. On top of that, you can take advantage of OTA updater tools.
