To be honest people who play online with cheats disgust me.
Off-line I don't care, do whatever you wan't. But when you bring it online you are affecting other people who did not agree to it...
People who went online to play the game the way it's supposed to be played.
And why do you even cheat online? Are you so bad at the game that you think that you need some additional help from cheating?

Yes this is exactly what I think when I'm playing Mario kart 7 online, there are so many cheaters online, they always get to choose the course and they go fast and get the starman right away and it sickens me
And im disgusted by how people telling me how i play my 60 bucks game. I bought it myself, played with my friend.
i finished the story before created the talisman anyway so you dont get to tell me how good my playing skill is.
I have a real life, i cant grind and play with RNG god like maniac just like most gamers. I was simply cutting the grinding and RNG part.
You were talking like using talisman you can one shot every mons in the game.

I only use talisman modifier, not a cheat. I find that using cheat in Monster Hunter removes 95% of the thrill and fun

Play the way you want alone, But follow the set rules online.
Do you play with your own rules when you are playing boardgames with family and friends and force them to play with standard rules? Do you think you are entitled some special handicap against other people who just want to play the game as intended?

Well if you're only playing with one friend who is on board with the cheating thewn that's one thing.
If you go online and play with random people then that's a different thing.
Also I don't care how much or how little you cheat..
If you don't like the game the way it is, play a different game.

sorry but only a fool would cheat online on ANY Game they're even clammping down on sw/sh cheaters (mainly shiny locked shiny users since thats the easiest to detect) but still it's a little safer in Pokemon considering you can trade cheat (trade locally to a hacked switch) use stat boosters/rare candies, trade back just no shiny locked shineys and I'd be careful using wonder cards too but thats beside the point, also if your cheating it means you have a hacked switch already which can ban you anyways if you're not careful

This change NOTHING AT ALL about YOUR EXPERIENCE, it only affects the person who chose to cheat.
If someone want to use cheats or edited save, it's their own problem, it doesnt affect your way to see the game or you online experience.
You are just some random guy who don't like people who dont enjoy the game the way you decided its intended to be.
(if you play online with a cheater, there is MANY tools to avoid meeting this player later, like block him in NSO or in game, let people enjoy the game the way they wan and stop thinking your view is the only one relevant.)

Do what you wan't with your own copy of the game. But when you go online you're in everyones copy of the game.
and in that copy of the game you show respect to the other players.
Like I said I don't care if you cheat by yourself or in a group of people that are in full agreement with cheating.

The people did not pay "60 bucks" to have a broken online experience.
There's many examples of games where cheaters pretty much ruined the experience.
So you guys say that you just take the grinding out of the game because you don't have time...
Well grinding and collecting parts to gradually upgrade your character is part of the core gameplay.
If you don't like it, perhaps you should play a different game?

People cheating on their side dont ruin jack shit or any balance of the game.

Guess what, it is the purpose of the blocking feature ?
Its internet, there is plenty of option to not be bother by other people that "ruins" your "online experience" so its FOR SURE on the user end to chose wether or not they accept or simply block people they don't like, instead of bitching around in a thread to act like some edge lord mlg.
Source of fun in game like MH came from many different part, some like the grind, other like just the monster bashing, many other ONLY like playing online.
You just think the people who cheats are lame, but the only lame person here is you, and the people acting like some pro gamer because "you know i dont cheat in MH i have a big peepee"
If there is something you dont like online, blocking is always the answer.
It's the user who shape and decide how their experience will be, not the other people.

You are wrong and you probably know it as well... blocking users is not meant to be a frequently used solution. It’s there to block the occasional offender. Not blocking 100s or 1000s of cheaters.

I agree with Danipoo. I'm sorry ConyoK. But if I ever encounter a cheater online randomly and they one-shot the monster or do anything else to ruin my experience "online" with the game. I would wish nothing but the seven hells to destroy their souls because I would otherwise wring their neck and snap their switch in front of them.

I don't like cheating in competitive multiplayer and I refuse to use cheat tool in multiplayer at all, that is part of my moral, so that why I exclusively play solo if I want to cheat or hack in game.
Eventually, many cheaters will be banned, anyway. Be clean or get a ban.
As for cooperative game, you and others who involved have to agree to allow cheat tools used, so communication is keyword, so if cooperative gamer said no and time to respect their wish.

I never said i was using cheat online, i want to keep access to NSO to play coop when i need to

Lets say that you modify your save while offline to give yourself extremely strong hacked gear that have stats not otherwise possible, then you go online and take down the monsters way to easily.
That's not going to be fun for most other people you get paired up with.
And in my opinion that still counts as cheating online event if Nintendo won't detect any cheat engine...
Cheating to circumvent rng is most definitely cheating. Many games the acquisition of power is part of the game play. Just giving yourself gear, for me, kills the longevity. And yes, playing online with anyone else who isnt aware and ok's it would be ruining the experience to them.
And dont gimme that "i aint got time" crap. I could easily go rob a bank for money, and save me having to get a job to get that money legit. Then try and tell the judge I didnt have time to do a real job.
