Dude, this is awesome! I was looking for these custom game loaders a few years ago. Would you mind if I hosted them on my website? I could then enable downloading the themes so they can be used by the mod directly.
Go ahead! No credit from me is necessary.
I would try to fix the game loader image for Super Monkey Ball to remove the "Now Loading..." text but I don't have the clean wallpaper. I think that one may have been modified by me since the majority of search results point to either the cropped arcade wallpaper or the gamecube wallpaper with the logo in the sky.
I also made modifications to one of the default loader images from the first page to include text and did my own take on the gamecube UI for the Nintendont menu.

This it's really great......
@send0r, welcome back dude really happy to see you again here....
Please, upload your project to GitHub, at least different people can help you as well to add new futures to your repository especially if you are busy for certain long period. If you don't mind, I still keep the version that I made and test to add new futures that comes in my mind... I will be more concentrated on Triforce side with AnthonyRyuki on my version and I will add your Nintendont update version to update from mine. Please, feel free to help each other and take the code from my GitHub. I 'm really happy to share to make it better for all the community. @TastifulBurger if you don't mind I will add those new staff to the version that I'm working as well. Thank you guys.
I will mention your great job to the repository, please go ahead on it

I don't know where to put these at.
Here are game loaders that are made from the games official wallpapers. (Little disclaimer: Some may not actually be officially made)
I made modifications on some images to make them more region-neutral where they won't aesthetically clash with your console's region (For example, Japanese logo on a English console on a game that has been released in all regions.)
You can modify the wallpapers to make them more fitting for your region or leave them blank. It took me some time to find these wallpapers since a majority of them are from archives, japanese websites that are still active, or in some rare cases, re-released on the company's own site.
Not all games are covered in this pack, so please consider this incomplete. If you wish to chip in and help with this project, I would be honored.

Any chance you have another download link? That one doesn't seem to lead to an actual download link at this time.

As requested, here is the GitHub repo for MMMod.
The current state of the rewrite can be found here. A lot of functionality is still missing.

I will look through your changes another time. But I saw you did some interesting changes.
Of course, feel free to merge the latest changes. Now that the project is on GitHub, you may be able to pull directly from my repo into your local copy. Maybe this will also restore the correct git history? You should definitively try this in a new branch :D

Previously I said I was aiming for a more 'Region-Neutral' look that would not clash with the aesthetics of the Wii from any region.
While I would still aim for that ideal, especially if there would be efforts to bring those games to regions they were never released in ala fan-translation patches, there are some games where their logo has the same design despite being released in different regions.
Take a quick look below at the Shadow the Hedgehog covers that were made.
Shadow differences.jpg

It is basically the same in all regions except the Japanese release where it has the title spelled out in its language beneath 'Shadow'.
Now here are the wallpapers I found for the game that can be used as a custom game loader. From right to left: USA, Europe, Japan
AmericanShadow.jpg EuroShadow.jpg JapaneseShadow.jpg
They all have the same render as the box art and the logo. I don't know if it's possible to load custom game loaders by the region they were released in, but it would be ideal if modifying them to be more region-neutral is too difficult. However not every game can be Shadow the Hedgehog, so here's are a few things about the project.
1. If modifying the wallpapers to be more region-neutral is too difficult a task, what should take the spot as custom game loader? Something as close to the box art as possible like Zelda: Wind Waker, Mario Party 6, and Animal Crossing in the previous page?
2. If a game was only released in one region like Japan and it has official wallpapers made of it, should it get included in the pack or should it only load the default image?
3. Using the Shadow example above, would you use the Japanese wallpaper if the logo design is very minor in its change?
4. It is doable to have a custom game loader where it has the official wallpaper and loading bar to go with it, but what would be considered a good fit if the game has multiple wallpapers? Refer to the static loader for Soul Calibur II and the alternate loading bar screen with the static image. (Admittly not planning on doing a set with loading bars but it nonetheless should have discussion.)

I'll get to testing my custom loader mods soon, thanks for adding them @send0r (I forgot to remove the Japanese Harry Potter and Prisoner of Azkaban wallpaper from the pack, I have a more fitting region-neutral wallpaper here.)

Hey @TastifulBurger, sorry for the late reply.
  1. It shouldn't be that difficult to enable per-region-loaders. Only requirement: The filename still has to be the game id, but in this case including the region. (GM4P.png for PAL Mario Kart Double Dash or GM4PX.png for PAL Double Dash with loading bar)
  2. I don't see why it should not be included. The default wallpaper would then act as a fallback for the other regions.
  3. Yes, of course!
  4. I think, I'd allow downloading both versions. Currently, the loading bar version is the preferred one by the code. If there aren't too many multiple loader themes, one could implement a "switching" mechanism.

Update
I found a French website fittingly named Wallpaper Paradise that hosted official wallpapers (to the best of my gut feeling) for certain Gamecube games which has made it easier to find them as opposed to digging through the overwhelming volume of archives or having to fiddle with the search engines to specifically search for these Gamecube titles instead of their modern remakes that still show up in the results. :hateit:
Fans of Resident Evil/Biohazard should be delighted with this update as their games have been added. It is currently missing Code Veronica and Zero.
If you see wallpapers that still have the game's logo on them that means it was the same design in all regions.
