If your DSWare is crashing on your 3ds, try this:

1: Go to FBI and go to titles.
2: Go all the way down and at the bottom you will find your DS games.
3: Delete all of the games, make sure you remember which ones you have.
4: Go to DSWare and see if it works.
5: If it does work go redownload DS games 1 by 1.
6: Which ever one causes the crash don't download.

This worked for me earlier.
