Where I grew up for 10 Years.....


Our House was torn off in 1981,also there was a big old Barn (from the old Townwall) in the middle of the Plot....and a very huge Garden with Fruittrees (Apple/Pear/Cherry/Plum/Walnut),
a lot of naturally grown Grass...we had all we need.....Paradise for a Child...
Sadly,there are no Pictures.....

Our "Skiing/Sledge Place"in Winter (it was a small Hill back then...)
and Football Place over the Year...

Where are you my childhood. I wish I could go back to it. My grandmother always gave me sweets and compote. My parents loved me and spoiled me in moderation. Ahh.

how I got into gaming .... many years ago in the small Irish town I grew up in, there was a pool hall / snooker club called The Sport, which also had rows of semi legal poker machines all the local wise guys would lose their welfare money on ! There was also a token arcade machine with Mortal Kombat / Street Fighter 2 / Metal Slug / etc .... they rotated every few months. My dad used to give 5p a day pocket money to buy some sweets on the way home from school (I was 10 years old at the time), but I would save up to have 20p on a Friday so I could go in & play one game on the arcade machine. Got some funny looks tramping in with a school uniform & bag through the smoke filled hall !
