Load a 5 star iskand, unlock terraforming talking to isabell and then erase everything and decorate at your liking

You will have better luck doing yourself the nhi.
Change languaje to spanish (español)
Go to house inventory (on nhse)
Search for "foto de"
And that will limit to only photos
Just shift + click (to set)
Down to change and repeat
