NSCbuilder will merge the content and you can set the required firmware.

Tried searching and couldn't get a direct answer, the latest cheat codes for Xenoblade Chronicles DE seems to crash/error out the game at startup. If I disable the cheats, the game starts correctly. Anyone else have this issue or can steer me in the right direction? Thanks!
