Hey all,

I found someone who's probably selling a 7.02 ps4, although he's banned. Is it still possible to jailbreak it? Can I still use the browser to inject the web kit exploit? Are there any downsides to jailbreaking a banned console to begin with?

yes, using DNS you wouldn’t even actually be on the internet, you can host locally.

Being banned is only relevant to latest firmware and using PSN.

You should be fine as long it is 7.02 firmware.

You can update banned consoles, you just can’t use the PSN service.
