ROM Hack Borderlands GOTY/Borderlands 2 profile.bin editors

Can anyone here work on such program? there is borderands 2 profile.bin editor for pc but t doesnt work on switch files for 1 and 2.
And without it we cant get golden keys and modify badass ranks and such.

No, never did. Only was able to obtain .bin files from the switch.
