Homebrew New Update causes error. Any help?

I was having problems with my 3ds freezing and i heard that updating your 3ds would help so i updated it and now it keeps popping up with this screen (btw I have homebrew) I am willing to send you files to look at just ask

The main / root directory of your SD card, you should already have a boot.firm file there and you need to replace that.
